Cancellation Policy
Session Fee & Retainer Your Headshot Express session fee is due at booking and serves as a non-refundable retainer to reserve your specific time slot. This fee includes your 30-minute session and one professionally retouched digital image selected at your appointment. Additional images may be purchased during your session. Because these sessions are offered on limited dates at group-rate pricing, your reserved time is held exclusively for you. Cancellations Due to the limited, back-to-back scheduling of Headshot Express, cancellations for any reason result in forfeiture of the session fee. Please provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend. Rescheduling One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice and will be transferred to the next scheduled Headshot Express date, subject to availability. Reschedule requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may require a new booking fee. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tardiness Headshot Express sessions run on a precise schedule. Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time to avoid impacting other clients. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and will forfeit the session fee. Image Selection & Purchase All image selections are made in person immediately following your session. No online galleries are provided. Professional retouching is included with all selected images. Additional images are available for purchase at the time of your appointment.
