Cancellation Policy
Session Fee & Retainer The session fee is due at the time of booking and serves as a non refundable retainer to reserve your date and time. Sessions are approximately 1 to 1.5 hours and are thoughtfully designed to feel relaxed, guided, and fully tailored to you. This fee includes your time in the studio and the complete photography experience. Digital images and printed artwork are curated and purchased separately following your session. Cancellations Each session time is reserved exclusively for you. For this reason, all session fees are non refundable. If you need to cancel, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 72 hours notice and will be applied to a future available date. Requests made within 72 hours of your session may require a new booking fee. Emergencies will always be considered on a case by case basis. Tardiness Sessions are scheduled with intention throughout the day to ensure a seamless experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no show and will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Image Selection and Purchase Immediately following your session, you will be guided through a private image reveal where you can view your portraits and make your selections with ease. Professionally retouched digital images are $250 each. Collections begin at $1750 and are designed to provide a cohesive set of images with preferred pricing. Most clients choose to invest in a collection to fully capture the range of their session, while others prefer to select a smaller number of favorites. Both options are available and supported. All selections are made during your appointment. Online galleries are not provided.
